How do I get access?

Build your plan on the pricing page and leave your details. We confirm the details, send your secure payment link, then tailor a workspace to the modules you need and invite your first administrator, who can add the rest of your team.

Can I choose which features we use?

Yes. Tasklith is modular — every module (marketing, email marketing, NDIS operations, workspace tools and more) can be switched on or off per organisation, so you only see what you actually use.

How do team members sign in?

Two ways. Your administrator can invite someone by email and assign a role, or you can share your organisation code and join link — they sign up with it and land in your approvals queue. Either way nobody gets access until an administrator approves them.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes, for Windows and Mac. It's the same workspace in its own window, so it stays up to date automatically. You'll find it on the download page.

How does pricing work?

You pay per module family: Employment/HR is per person, Workspace is per small team, and Marketing is per tool with usage credits included. There's a one-time tailored setup fee to get you live. You only pay for what you switch on, and prices are in USD.

Can I cancel anytime?

Every module starts with a 30-day free trial. We take your card details to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial and cancelling inside it costs you nothing. After the trial a paid module commits you to a 12-month term. Cancelling part-way through ends your access at the end of the period you have paid for, but the remaining months of the term are still payable. Once the 12 months are up you can cancel any time with nothing further owing. You cancel from the billing portal or by contacting us. See our Terms for the details.

What are usage credits?

Only the marketing work is metered. The AI writing and design, and the live SEO data, run on credits. Each marketing tool includes a monthly allowance that renews, and you can add a credit pack any time — bought credits carry over until you use them.

What happens if we run out of credits?

The AI and SEO features pause until the next month, or until you add a credit pack. Nothing else stops — your data, your team and every non-marketing module keep working normally.

Do you charge per user?

For Employment/HR, yes — it's priced per person with a minimum of five. Workspace covers five people, then a small amount per extra user. Marketing tools are priced per tool, not per person.

How do we pay?

By card, through a secure checkout, on a monthly subscription. Your administrator can manage the card and download invoices from Plan & usage inside Tasklith.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. Modules can be switched on or off, and your monthly amount follows what you actually have enabled and how many people are on your team. Get in touch and we'll adjust it.

Is our data isolated from other organisations?

Yes. Each organisation's data is separated and that isolation is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface — people only ever see data inside their own organisation and their assigned role.

Who can see participant records?

Only people in your organisation whose role and module access allow it. Participant and plan records are restricted further again, so marketing or general staff can't reach them.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Your data stays yours — ask us any time and we'll get it out to you.

What happens to our data if we stop paying?

Access is locked but your data isn't deleted on the spot. Get in touch and we'll arrange an export before anything is removed.

No. AI features only run when someone clicks — there are no background jobs reading your data, and your content isn't used to train models.

Yes. Audit Readiness is a running self-assessment against the NDIS Practice Standards, with evidence links per item and a printable report. It also flags live risks like expired worker screening or unnotified reportable incidents.

Yes. Each organisation gets a public referral link you can share or embed. Submissions land straight in your referrals pipeline, and your team is notified.

Does it track worker screening and certification expiry?

Yes. The compliance register tracks each worker's credentials and their expiry dates, flags anything expiring or lapsed, and a weekly reminder goes to your managers.
